Cougar Nation, let's celebrate Cheyanne Dunigan. Cheyanne is the daughter of Tina and Joe Dunigan. After graduation she intends to enroll at the University of Louisville where she will be majoring in pre law/criminology. She will be doing the 3+3 program (three years of pre law, then three years of law school). She plans to also attend law school at U of L. She recently earned a $75,000 scholarship to attend the University of Louisville. Cheyanne would like to thank Mr. Cialkowski, Mrs. Neild, Mrs. Skirvin, Miss Oxford for always pushing her, believing in her and teaching her lessons she will use outside of school. NPHS is excited to welcome back Mr. Scott Spencer. Mr. Spencer will be filling the role of Academic Advisor in our Student Services Department. Mr. Spencer will be working to help students and families through the difficult transitions in their lives. Whether that be entering high school or exiting high school to meet post secondary goals. Mr. Spencer has a wealth of knowledge and experiences that make him a great fit in this role serving our students and families.

Cougar Nation, let's celebrate Hunter Kiplinger. Hunter is the son of Jeni and Brad Kiplinger. After graduation he plans to join the fire service and most likely will join the Marines. Hunter would like to give special thanks to Mr. Cialkowski and Ms. Osborn. Hunter we are proud of you, and know that you are going to make a positive impact on the world. Cougar Nation, let's celebrate Jacob Johnson. Jacob is the son of Michelle Scott. After graduation he intends to enroll at Ivy Tech to study Auto-Body Service and Welding. Jacob would like to thank everyone for helping him graduate and for being here when he needed help. After graduation he intends to enroll at DePauw University where he will study computer science and be a part of the business fellowship. After graduation she intends to enroll at Purdue University and plans to double major in Forestry and Wildlife. Kylee said, "Thank you to the support of my community and the close friends and family who inspired me." We want to wish Kylee all the best as she heads to West Lafayette this fall. We are excited to announce that Tilmon Black, Jaquelynn Gaddis, Madison Houser, and Mackenzie Mason have been named IASP Rising Stars of Indiana. These four individuals have demonstrated high academic achievement through the first four semesters of high school. Congratulations!!

After graduation she intends to continue her employment at Wal~Mart and would like to volunteer at the animal shelter, in hopes of one day starting a food stand. North Putnam Theater Troupe is preparing the spring musical "The Wizard of Oz". High School Auditions are February 12th - 5:30; and Middle School Auditions are February 13th - 5:30, both in the auditorium.
